Refund & Returns Policy – Unic 4 You LLC (USA)

At Unic 4 You LLC, we are committed to providing a fair, transparent, and customer-friendly return and refund process in line with U.S. consumer standards and Google Merchant Center requirements.


1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and free from damage

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

For electronics:

  • Items must not show signs of misuse or damage

  • Opened items may still be eligible for return if they remain in like-new condition and include all original components


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products missing essential parts or accessories

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at purchase)

  • Gift cards and digital/downloadable products

  • Software or digital licenses that have been activated


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective (Dead on Arrival – DOA)

  • Incorrect (wrong item shipped)

Please notify us within 48 hours to 5 days of delivery.

We may request:

  • Photos or video evidence

  • Packaging details

Once verified, we will provide at no additional cost:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund


5. Return Authorization (RMA Process)

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

To request a return:

  1. Email info@unic4you.com with your order number and reason

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions

  3. Ship the item according to the provided instructions

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

If a return shipment is lost, we will work with you and the carrier to help resolve the issue where possible.


7. Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to non-defective returns

  • No restocking fee will be charged for defective, damaged, or incorrect items


8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.


9. Exchanges

We offer replacements for items that are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged upon arrival

10. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process


11. Manufacturer Warranty

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty.

After the return period, customers may need to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support.


12. Fair Use & Chargebacks

We reserve the right to:

  • Decline returns that do not meet this policy

  • Investigate unusual or excessive return activity

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
