1. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) on business days (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same day

  • Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day


2. Handling Time (Processing Time)

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details


3. Transit Time (Shipping Time)

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days


4. Total Delivery Time

  • Standard Orders: 4–10 business days (processing + shipping)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or high demand periods.


5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories (where available)

International shipping may be limited depending on the product and destination.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Delivery location

    • Package size and weight

    • Selected shipping method

  • Any applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed before order confirmation

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected products or orders


7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active

  • Customers can track shipments directly via the courier’s website


8. Shipping Carriers

9. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery


10. Delivery Issues (Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages)

  • If your order is delayed, please allow additional time before contacting us

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check with the carrier and your local delivery location

  • We will assist in investigating the issue and, where appropriate, help initiate a carrier claim or provide a suitable resolution


11. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The item

    • The packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.


12. Split Shipments

  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately

  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers


13. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be modified or canceled before processing begins

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed and must follow the return process
