At Unic 4 You LLC, we strive to provide high-quality electronics and appliances. This Refund & Returns Policy is designed to comply with U.S. consumer protection standards and Google Merchant Center requirements, ensuring transparency and fairness.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
For electronics, the product must not be installed, activated, or registered, unless defective.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used, installed, or activated electronics
- Products with missing parts or damaged packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards or digital/downloadable products
- Software or digital licenses (if activated)
- Personal-use items (if opened, where applicable)
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (DOA)
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective (Dead on Arrival – DOA)
- Incorrect (wrong item shipped)
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request:
- Photos or video evidence
- Packaging details
Once verified, we will provide at no additional cost:
- Replacement, or
- Full refund
5. Return Authorization Process
All returns must be approved before shipping.
To request a return:
- Email info@unic4you.com with your order number and reason
- Our support team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- Return the item using the provided instructions
Important:
Returns sent without RMA approval may be rejected.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
Unic 4 You LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
7. Restocking Fee
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to non-defective returns
- No restocking fee will be charged for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
8. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
9. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged upon arrival

10. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before processing or shipment
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process
11. Warranty Disclaimer
Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty.
Customers may be required to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims after use or beyond the return window.
12. Chargebacks & Abuse
We reserve the right to:
- Deny returns that do not meet this policy
- Investigate and dispute fraudulent chargebacks
- Suspend accounts for abuse of return policies
